I can already vouch for the Super Green Blended juice by Sammy and Bella. It’s delicious, and my 11 year old loves it too. Being a blended juice it retains more of the fibre and is easier to digest than whole fruit and vegetables. A powerful Thermomix is perfect for blending this juice, and with the ice it keeps nice and cold which is important for preserving the digestive enzymes. This green juice is packed full of superfoods, including kale, cucumber and linseeds. I can’t wait to try out the other green juices and smoothies, and make them a regular part of my diet.
