2026 Printable Calendar Collection — Plus Free Coordinating Journal Covers

If you’ve been waiting for the new printable calendar collection for 2026 – it’s here!

This year’s designs follow the same format as previous years, featuring a colorful, nature-inspired theme with florals, leaves, butterflies, and little birds woven throughout.

To complement the collection, I’ve also created three free printable 2026 journal covers that coordinate beautifully with the floral designs. They’re perfect for the front or inside cover of your notebook, planner, or journal – and you can even print them onto adhesive paper to make an easy sticker cover! ✨

Whether you prefer a simple notebook setup or love decorating your pages creatively, these printables make it easy to set up a cohesive, intentional, and beautifully organized planner or journal for the new year.

A Look at What’s Included in the Collection

Each of the three printable sets in the 2026 printable Calendar Collection is designed to work beautifully on its own or together for a coordinated, nature-inspired look. You can print and cut them by hand or use the PNG files with your Cricut machine for perfect trimming – making it easy to create a planner or BlendBook setup that’s both practical and pretty.

2026 Monthly A5 Calendars

The 2026 A5 monthly calendar pages (Monday- and Sunday-start) feature soft botanical artwork that changes each month.

You can print and cut them by hand – each A4 sheet includes two months that can easily be cut in half to create A5 calendar pages. Or use the transparent PNG files in Cricut Design Space with the Print Then Cut feature for perfectly trimmed pages.

Use the monthly calendars as:
• Monthly reference pages in your journal or BlendBook
• A planning page at the start of each month
• A divider or dashboard in your journal

Tip: Try printing the A5 monthly calendars on thicker paper or light cardstock to make them sturdy enough to use as monthly divider pages or dashboards. 🌸

Mini Calendars with Monthly Tabs & Covers

If you love adding little calendars and tabs to your notebook, this set is for you. It includes:
• Mini monthly calendars (Jan–Dec)
• Matching monthly page tabs
• Patterned tabs
• Mini monthly cover labels

These pieces work beautifully as stickers – simply print them onto adhesive paper and cut by hand, or use the PNG files (set up as sticker sheets) with Cricut Design Space’s Print Then Cut feature for easy cutting.

They’re perfect for marking sections in your journal, creating monthly dividers, or adding structure and flow to your year if you don’t use a traditional dated planner.

Tip: Cut out the page tabs and fold them over the edge of your notebook pages to mark the start of each month — a simple way to add both function and a pretty finishing touch. 💛

Year-at-a-Glance Calendar

Perfect for adding to the inside cover of your planner, journal, or BlendBook, this printable yearly calendar gives you a beautiful overview of the year at a glance.

It’s easy to print and cut out by hand, or you can use the PNG version in Cricut Design Space for perfectly trimmed edges. Both Sunday-start and Monday-start versions are included, so you can choose the layout that suits your planning style best.

Use it to track:
• school terms, holidays, and birthdays
• travel plans and special events
• health, fitness, or habit tracking
• big-picture goals and milestones

Tip: Try printing the Year-at-a-Glance calendar on adhesive paper to create a ready-to-stick dashboard for the inside cover of your notebook or planner. It’s a quick, easy way to add function and beauty to your setup. 🌿

How I’m Setting Up My Own 2026 Daily BlendBook

I’ve already made a start on my 2026 Daily BlendBook using this collection, and I thought I’d share a little behind-the-scenes peek.

Next year, I’ll be using two A5 lined notebooks for my Daily BlendBook (6 months in each), and I’ve decided to divide the pages into equal monthly sections before the year begins – a little extra structure that already feels so calm and organized for me!

If you’re new here, my Daily BlendBook is the notebook I use every day for a mix of planning, journaling, and reflection. It’s part of my Journablend practice – a flexible, creative way of blending planning and journaling together in whatever format suits your life best.

For my 2026 setup, I’ve used the monthly tabs to mark each new section and the A5 monthly calendars for quick reference at the start of each month. I’ve also added the mini cover labels in the center of a page to create simple monthly dashboard pages – a lovely spot to include a quote, a focus word, or something meaningful for that month. It’s a small detail, but it helps each section feel more intentional and personal.

Even though I do my forward planning in my Dated Planner, I like to include calendars in my Daily BlendBook for:
• quick reference
• tracking something meaningful for that month
• or adding a small journaling note or highlight

On the inside cover of my notebook, I’ve placed the Year-at-a-Glance calendar, which gives me a clear overview of the entire year at once. I love having it right at the front – it’s one of those pages I refer back to often. It’s perfect for noting things like school terms, birthdays, and travel dates, or simply getting a quick visual sense of how the months flow together.

It’s also really handy having it in my Daily BlendBook, especially for those moments when I don’t have my Dated Planner nearby. Everything I need is right there when I’m journaling, making it easy to stay oriented and connected to what’s happening throughout the year.

To mark the start of each month, I’ve added one of the mini cover labels to the centre of a page and placed the monthly tab along the edge. I love how these two little details instantly define each new section and make it easy to flip through the notebook.

The page with the cover label also acts as a monthly dashboard – a space where I can add a quote, a focus word, or something meaningful for that month. It’s a simple way to set the tone and bring a bit of creativity into my daily pages without needing to plan anything elaborate.

Here’s a peek at my January monthly calendar page. I like to keep this part simple – just a clear monthly view that I can glance at for quick reference or jot down a few key notes, reminders, or highlights as the month unfolds.

Having a calendar tucked into each section makes my Daily BlendBook feel a little more structured, while still leaving plenty of room for journaling and creativity. It’s the perfect balance of practical and personal – exactly what I love about this style of setup. 💛

Ideas for Using the Calendars in Your Own Planner, Bullet Journal, or BlendBook

Here are a few ways you might use the collection to set up your 2026 journal:

✨ Use the A5 monthly calendar as a monthly dashboard, reflection page, or highlight log
🌿 Add the mini calendars to weekly spreads for quick reference
🗂️ Use the page tabs as section markers for monthly planning, goals, projects, or journaling
💛 Use the mini covers on divider pages or the front of each month
📌 Add the Year-at-a-Glance page to the inside cover of your notebook for yearly overview
🎨 Layer pieces with washi tape, stickers, or ephemera for a creative journaling touch
🧠 Use the monthly structure to support your BLEND Flow for the year (especially the Daily + Engage steps)

The whole idea is to make it simple and flexible to build a planner or BlendBook that grows with you – a space that feels personalized, intentional, and inspiring, whatever your journaling style or system may be.
