Free Printable November Monthly Cover Page + Journaling Prompts

I can’t believe we’ve reached November already, the year has flown by! If you’ve been using the monthly covers throughout the year, I hope they’ve brought a little calm, creativity, and intention to your journal or planner each month. And if you’re new here, welcome – you’ll find all previous monthly covers available for you too!

This month’s free printable November cover page is now ready for you to download from the Planner Lovers Resource Library, or on Patreon, and it continues the same hand-drawn, minimalist style as the rest of the series.

November’s Free Printable Journal Cover

The November design features scattered flowers, leaves, and tiny berries arranged around the circle, bringing a gentle, seasonal feel to your journal spread. As always, it’s simple enough to make your own, whether you prefer a clean black-and-white look or want to decorate and color it to suit your personal style.

You can use this page as:

  • A monthly title page
  • A divider between months
  • A tip-in or decorative page in your bullet journal, junk journal, or planner
  • A creative starting point for a monthly reset ritual

I colored my November cover using Shuttle Art Pastel Alcohol Markers (affiliate link). I love how soft and blendable the colours are – perfect for adding a gentle touch without overpowering the design. A little colouring tip: use light pressure and avoid going right up to the edge of the lines, as alcohol markers tend to spread slightly as they dry. This helps keep the coloring neat and crisp.

Journaling Prompts for November

November often invites reflection – a slower pace for some, a busy season for others. Here are a few prompts to guide your journaling this month:

  • What feels important to focus on before the year ends?
  • What is one area of your life you’d like to simplify or gently let go of this month?
  • Write about three things you’re grateful for right now (big or small).
  • What small habits would support your wellbeing in November?
  • How do you want to feel during the final weeks of the year?

Use them as weekly reflections or sprinkle them throughout your pages.

Tips for Planning & Journaling in November

  • Set gentle expectations: November can come with a mix of energy – excitement, planning, overwhelm, and transition. Keep your journal supportive, not demanding.
  • Celebrate progress, not perfection: Look back on the year so far and notice what you’ve learned, how you’ve grown, and what you’re proud of – even if it looks different from what you expected in January.
  • Create seasonal rituals: Whether it’s a cozy tea, morning sunlight, a nature walk, or decorating your space, add something that helps you slow down and savor the month.
  • Keep your setup light: If your time feels stretched, try a simplified journal layout for November. One or two meaningful spreads might be all you need.

A Note About Re-Using These Covers

One thing I love about this minimal series is how versatile and timeless it is. If you’ve enjoyed using these monthly covers this year, you can absolutely use them again next year – try printing them at different sizes, coloring or decorating them differently, or using them in new creative ways. And if you’re just discovering them now, the whole set will remain available so you can use them for 2026 (and beyond!).
